The implemented projects include works on the construction and renovation of facilities intended for public use, including schools, kindergartens, health institutions, health centers and facilities for scientific research purposes, as well as residential social housing facilities intended for displaced persons. The construction of underground public garages is a special segment of our work, which involves complex construction interventions, precise organization of works and execution in the conditions of a densely built urban core.
Public garages
The Banovina and Modena underground public garages in Novi Sad represent completed infrastructure projects that significantly contribute to solving the problem of parking in the central city zones. Their implementation has enabled the removal of parking from the streets, which creates conditions for safer movement of pedestrians and cyclists, as well as for the arrangement and greening of public areas. The projects were carried out as technically demanding interventions in the very core of the city, with a clear focus on long-term use, safety and fitting into the existing urban environment.
Center of Excellence – Kragujevac
Centers of Excellence with the National Stem Cell Bank, where young scientists from Serbia will work. It consists of three parts: bioengineering, biomedicine, and stem cell research. Researchers from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering and the Institute of Information Technology of the University of Kragujevac will be the first to move into the new scientific institution. The investor of the project of the Centers of Excellence of the University of Kragujevac is the Republic of Serbia, i.e. the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
Kindergarten – Indjija
In November 2020, the company "Inobacka" d.o.o. completed the construction of a new facility of the Police Department "Boško Buha" in Indjija. The work lasted from April to November 2020. Although construction took seven months to complete, the project was completed on time. It is a new kindergarten in a quiet part of Indjija with an area of 1,150 m2, and it will accommodate ten educational groups.
Reconstruction of a kindergarten in the municipality of Lendava in Slovenia
The representative office of our company in Slovenia, "Inobačka S", has completed the reconstruction of the facility, which will now be used by a bilingual kindergarten in the town of Čentiba, in the municipality of Lendava. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia Danijel Krivec and the Hungarian State Secretary for National Policy Árpád János Potápi, who, together with the Mayor of the Municipality of Lendava, Janez Magyar, officially opened the new bilingual kindergarten. On behalf of the company Inobačka S, Vukajlo Babić and Zlatko Stepanović were present.
Trade School in Belgrade – reconstruction, adaptation and rehabilitation
The company Inobačka d.o.o. is adapting, rehabilitating and reconstructing the interior of the building located on the corner of Cetinjska and Hilandarska streets. The building will be completely renovated by next summer. During the construction works, the students of this school will attend classes at the School of Shipping, Shipbuilding and Hydroconstruction at the King Peter the First School.
“Archaeobotic Garden” – Museum of Vojvodina
In front of the entrance to the Museum of Vojvodina in Novi Sad, there is an Archaeobotanical Garden, the only one of its kind in our country. Thanks to excavations and archaeobotanical research in the area of Vojvodina, it was possible to create a space intended for the presentation of plants that grew in this region in prehistoric times. The goal is for the garden to further develop and become a unique, specialized botanical garden with a lapidarium in Southeast Europe.
Public garage Banovina
In the coming period, the city of Novi Sad will get more than 1,200 new parking spaces through public garages. Our city has a spacious pedestrian zone in the city center where there are a large number of institutions, museums, theaters and various catering facilities. The construction of public garages in Novi Sad solves the problem of parking, so such facilities will soon be much more accessible.
Four new kindergartens in Kragujevac, Čačak, Alibunar and Pećinci
With the signing of the contract in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the construction of four new kindergartens was announced, in Kragujevac, Cacak, Alibunar and Pećinci.
Reconstruction of the Panonija Hotel in Bačka Topola
Timea Čipe, director of the Cultural Center, Bačka Topola: "It was the first time that the Cultural Center unilaterally terminated the contract. After that, nothing happened for a long time, because in order to be able to sign this contract today, we had to comply with a lot of administrative and legal obligations."

Construction of residential buildings in Pancevo and Vršac intended for social housing
The company "Inobačka" d.o.o. has completed two projects during the winter. These are residential buildings with 40 apartments each intended for social housing in Pancevo and Vršac. The apartments are being built as part of the "Regional Housing Program," which aims to provide a housing solution for refugee families in Serbia.
