Public garages
In the coming period, the city of Novi Sad will receive over 1,200 new parking spaces through public garages. The City of Novi Sad and "Javne garaže" d.o.o. (Concessionaire) are 09/04/2020. signed the Concession Agreement for the construction of four public garages in Novi Sad – three underground at the locations of Modena, Banovina and Trg republike and one above ground in Šafarikova Street. The purpose of the construction of public garages is to move vehicle parking off the streets in the coming period and thereby free up space for the expansion of pedestrian and bicycle traffic and additional greening.
Center of Excellence – Kragujevac
Centers of excellence with the National Bank of Stem Cells, where young scientists from Serbia will work. They consist of three parts – bioengineering, biomedicine and stem cell research. Researchers from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and the Institute for Information Technologies of the University of Kragujevac will be the first to move into the new scientific institution. The investor of the Center of Excellence project of the University of Kragujevac is the Republic of Serbia, that is, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
Kindergarten – Inđija
The company "Inobačka" d.o.o. in November 2020, completed the construction of the new building of PU "Boško Buha" in Inđija. The works lasted from April to November 2020. Although construction lasted for seven months during the pandemic, the project was completed on time. It is a new kindergarten in a quiet part of Inđija, with an area of 1,150 m2, and it will accommodate ten educational groups.
