The lattice girder is made of high-strength steel wire that provides strength to the panel and allows it to even bond with the in-situ concrete that is later poured on site.
Binor, i.e. lattice girder, also provides support for the upper reinforcing mesh and is used as an anchor point when the slab is lifted by crane to the exact place of installation on the construction site.
It is supplied as a floor slab with a grid support, which is installed on site and supplemented by pouring and filling concrete on site. The underside of the board with the lattice support is non-porous and smooth, there is no need for additional plastering. The use of formwork on the construction site has been reduced, which leads to a significant reduction in costs and shortening of construction time. It is used as a structural underside of a concrete floor. It is an ideal substrate for load-bearing concrete floors and can be produced up to 7 cm thick.
After laying the slab, the pipes are laid and the upper reinforcement is applied. Finally, concrete is poured onto the slabs to the desired thickness of the floor. The result is a solid concrete floor where the load is perfectly distributed.
All integrated parts are pre-installed in precisely defined positions inside the board. Openings and penetrations for electrical installations, sanitary pipes, pipes for air conditioning and heating can be installed without problems. Slab dimensions and shapes, reinforcement arrangements vary according to the required spans, as well as according to their use.
