Semi-fabricated double concrete wall

Semi-cast double concrete wall is a structural wall with many advantages, quality and efficiency.

The double wall consists of two prefabricated reinforced concrete sheets, connected by a steel lattice support. The supports are installed in the cavity between the two canvases.

The first sheet is cast as a plate on a vibrating table with a reinforcing mesh, along with a connecting grid and spacers to control the overall thickness of the wall. When the first sheet hardens to the necessary strength, it is turned and lowered into the second sheet filled with concrete, while keeping the distance between the two sheets and thus connected, it is sent to the drying chamber.

Additional fittings, openings and fittings can be installed in the double wall panel at the factory as part of the system. On site at the construction site, the walls are placed in their final position, temporarily connected to the adjacent slabs, and the inner core of the wall is filled with concrete to create a monolithic concrete structure.

The result is a durable structural system with a high-quality surface finish that is designed for a fast and economical process.

The advantage of a prefabricated double concrete wall is precisely in the quality of the final product on the construction site – with a much shorter construction time where two ideal surfaces are obtained. It is also possible to install any type of facade on the outer wall. The walls can have openings for windows and doors and penetrations for sanitary or electrical installations can be installed.
