Prefabricated system solutions
The ideal solution for complex, large-scale construction projects
Precast reinforced concrete elements used in precast construction are building components produced by pouring concrete into reusable molds or “moulds”. The components are then dried in drying chambers in a controlled environment and then transported to the construction site where assembly is carried out. The use of prefabricated construction systems offers many potential advantages over conventional construction on site.
Prefabricated buildings are more environmentally friendly than classically designed buildings in several aspects. Namely, the quantities of raw materials and materials used for the prefabricated production of components are aligned with the specification and requirements of the client, in order to generate minimal waste during the execution of works. In this way, the construction process becomes energy efficient and sustainable.
In a financial sense, prefabricated buildings are profitable because the amount spent on the procurement of materials is drastically reduced and reduced to the optimum. The ordered quantities of prefabricated elements are delivered according to the required dynamics and quantity to the construction sites, which contributes to efficient transportation and reduction of fuel costs.
Prefab construction offers flexibility and better control of the manufacturing and construction process
objects. The dimensions of the prefab can be customized according to the client’s requirements.
Prefabricated components are characterized by a high level of fire resistance and sound insulation, which makes them ideal for a large number of construction facilities.

Benefits of prefabrication
Precast and concrete products are fully customized and arrive at the construction site ready for quick and efficient installation. If prefabricated concrete elements are chosen instead of classic construction, the dynamics of the project can be accelerated by 50% and cost savings on the construction site can be achieved.
Efficiency – comes as a result of a controlled production environment. Prefabrication enables a continuous construction process because components can be manufactured and installed on site throughout the year, which speeds up the overall construction process.
Sustainability- Precast concrete production is a sustainable process. Reinforced concrete elements are produced from natural aggregates, cement, additives, water and reinforcement. The water used in the concrete making process can be recycled.
The thermal mass of precast concrete absorbs and slowly releases heat, leading to long-term energy savings.
Production in a factory environment significantly reduces waste from supporting and formwork, excessive and uncontrolled use of concrete, packaging that would otherwise be made on the construction site using classical construction. Prefabrication uses less raw materials due to precise evaluation during production, also less waste needs to be disposed of at the end of construction and thus has less negative impact on the environment.
A factory environment is healthier for employees than a constant presence on construction sites due to safety hazards, noise and air quality that can be controlled in the plant. Many components of precast concrete are produced from local raw materials which supports local producers.
Creation of work lists for production
Designing and drawing up work lists for production – plans are created in consultation with the client and his requirements. As soon as the contractor and consultants from our production office approve the final production plan, the production process can begin.
Laser creation of frames for concrete components
Laser creation of frames on movable metal trays as a frame for a concrete prefabricated component – in this way the frames into which the concrete is poured are precisely defined. The central computer sends all the necessary information to the formwork laser, which projects the dimensions and openings of the walls.
Reinforcement for prefabricated elements
Reinforcement reinforcement – reinforcement that is specially made for each individual element. A large selection of high-quality rebar diameters is available to clients.
Precise concreting with computer control
Concreting – when concreting, the thickness of the slab is taken into account. The computer control of the concreting machine ensures that the concrete is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the metal base, OR the tray.
Storage and drying under controlled conditions
Storage in a dry room/ie drying chamber – we store newly concreted components on steel tables that are constantly heated to the appropriate temperature with a precisely defined humidity percentage, taking into account the desired strength of the concrete.
Dismantling and preparation for transport of elements
Removing the elements from the mold – after a defined number of hours in the drying chamber, the prefabricated element will be hard enough to be dismantled from the mold and transported to storage, until the moment of transportation to the construction site, where its assembly is planned.
