Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – for high-rise construction
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the organization and execution of high-rise construction works
Must be able to use MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Nemetschek software (Allplan, SCIA), Revit, Tower
B class driver’s license – active driver
Licenses 410 and 411

Tasks:

Management of construction documentation, planning and control of human resources
Planning, execution of works and reporting on project implementation
Making offers and analyzing prices

Terms and conditions:

Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the design of residential and commercial buildings
Experience working with subcontractors and designers during all phases of a project
Necessary experience in working with customers, creating Requests for change, monitoring the status of a construction site
Independence in the work on the development of the conceptual design, commercial sketches, offer analysis, monitoring the status of a construction site, preparation of reports
Must be literate in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Lumion
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Revit, experience in the implementation of projects with prefabricated products, basic knowledge of the BIM system
B class driver’s license – active driver
